The Surgery now supports online ordering of repeat prescriptions.

In order to use this service you must register. You can do this by requesting a ‘Patient Access registration letter’ from reception in person (this will give you your personal log in details/PIN) which you then use to register online. This practice offers the facility for patients to view online, export or print detailed coded information held in their own records. This has to be done by request, please speak to reception for further information.

Please give us at least 48 hours notice (within working hours) of your requirement for a repeat prescription. For example a request submitted on a Monday will be ready on the Wednesday. A request submitted on a Friday may not be ready until the following Tuesday.

The quickest and easiest way for you to receive your medication is for us to send your completed prescription electronically to a pharmacy of your choice and for you to collect your medicines directly from there. This avoids the need for you to first collect the prescription from the Practice and to wait for it to be processed at the pharmacy.

Please note we are unable to accept repeat prescription requests by telephone.
